About Us (Introduction)
Abadgaran Iran Tourism and Welfare
Complexes (Public Limited Company), incorporated under registration No.
8646 on June 12, 1994, was established with a capital of Rls.
2,000,000,000 in order to invest in the tourism industries, and began its
activities in Mashhad city and Kish
Island.
Through the cooperation of
the Housing and Urban Development Organization of Mazandaran province,
the company began investing in the tourism industry of Mazandaran
province as well. In 1996, Abadgaran Iran Tourism and Welfare Complexes
Company and Iranian Construction Investment Company (Public Limited)
agreed to concentrate all of their investments of the tourism industries
in Abadgaran Iran Company.
Now, the activities of
Abadgaran Iran Company cover a large tourist and welfare township in
Kouhsangi and the Baghshahr Complex in Golestan Dam of Mashhad
city. The complex No.1 of Abadgaran Iran
has 22 villas and the complex No. 1 includes 276 apartment units (54
units are being used) on Kish
Island. The company
also owns Daryaye Aram Galugah Tourism Complex with an area of 100
hectares and a capacity of 180 residential units as well as the hotel of
Kalar Abad Tourism Complex on a plot of land with an area of 23000 square
meters (under construction).
Abadgaran Iran Company is
one of the founding members of Bank Eghtesad Novin and has been accepted
in Tehran Stock Exchange with a capital of Rls. 50,000,000,000. The
shares of the company are presented in the Share Transactions Hall of
Tehran Stock Exchange. The capital of the company has recently increased
to Rls. 150,000,000,000.
