Daraye Aram Galugah Miankaleh
This tourism
complex has been erected through the investment of Abadgaran Iran Company
on a plot of land with an area of 100 hectares, located 5 kilometers from
Galugah city, next to Gorgan
Bay, with
extraordinary and green landscapes of Hirkani (Khazari) Forests.
The city of Galugah has the two
great gifts of God: sea and forest. The sea of Aram Galugah
there is a beautiful beach with an area of 1000 hectares. It can be said
with confidence that none of the cities of Mazandaran province have such a
great beach. This beach is quite untouched and ready for use as a site for
tourism.
It should be
added that the tourism site of Aram
Galugah Sea
is among the 14 tourism and recreational sites of the country. For the same
purpose, the company obtained the title-deed of the land and all necessary
and statutory authorizations and licenses, and then proceeded to grade and
prepare the land, make beaches, create green areas, erect buildings, equip
workshops, and create drainage canals. The company then had the project
approved, and has begun the first phase of this large project by erecting
the villa residential units.
Overall
Objectives of the Project:
The overall
objectives of the project are as follows:
1. Creation
of a tourism complex with all necessary buildings, installations, and
facilities to meet the demands and requirements of guests and passengers of
the tourism complex on the bay of Miankaleh Galugah and the geographical territory
of Galugah city.
2. Allocation
of some of the residential units for the timed-ownership and the rest for
use of all passengers and tourists of the region.
3. In
planning and designing the project, measures have been taken so that the
complex remains active not only in summer, but also in other times of the
year, and the passengers are provided with an opportunity to watch the
migrating birds in the autumn.
4. Due to
the fact that the lands sold to the complex are level and adjacent to the
beautiful bay
of Miankaleh, the
following measures have been considered for protecting and improving the
current ecologic features of the region:
A. Erection of purification plants in parts
of the site to purify wastewater by air-blowing, and use the remaining wastewater
and compost for irrigation and maintenance of the green areas of the
tourist township
of Galugah (the green
areas of the complex are about 30 hectares).
B. To dispose the wastes of the township,
after a short-time piling in temporary place all produced wastes are
transferred by means of mobile containers to the hygienic burial site of
urban wastes.
C. The boating facilities of the complex use
row and pedal boats instead of motor ones.
D. The heating installations of the complex
consume gas.
5. Other
than compliance with merely tourist aspects in planning and design, the
projects aims at anticipating some other spaces for filling the spare time
of the passengers by encouraging recreation, cultural, religious,
scientific, and sport activities for all ages.
6. In
planning and designing the complex efforts have been focused on providing
the passengers and guests with nice views on the various parts of the
complex and the Caspian Sea, as well as the splendor and beauty of the calm
sea of Galugah in a suitable manner.
Specifications of the Project:
The design of
this 100 hectare complex includes residential parts with a total roofed
area of 300000 square meters and 1800 apartment and villa units including suites
of one, two, and three bedrooms, equipped with cooking facilities.
The service
sections are: indoors sport complexes, sauna, swimming pool, body building
and mental and recreation entertainment halls for children and young adults,
restaurants of the complex with private and public sections, gathering
halls, ceremonies, parties, celebrations, stores, administrative premises,
coffee shops, sea restaurants, and music hall on sea, etc. are parts of the
plan.
In this
complex, the villa units are near the sea and the apartments are on the
southern side, clearing the view of all units on towards the sea.
About 20
minutes away at a height of 1250 meters of sea level, there is a green
forest with special conditions and facilities, and one of the other unique
advantages of this region is Miankaleh
Island which is 5
kilometers away from the beach. Due to the soft and even slope (about 2%)
to the depth of 500 meters, the beach may easily used by families. This
beach may be considered as one of the safest beaches of the Caspian Sea (due to the slight slope of the sea
floor) with lots of beautiful landscapes. Nobody has ever drowned in this
beach.
