Golestan
Dam Residential-Tourism Complex in Torghabeh
This
residential complex will be erected on a plot of land with an area of 38
hectares in the countryside of the holy city of Mashhad, next to Golestan Dam.
In this
project a residential, tourist, and welfare complex will be erected in line
with the public policies of the government for attraction of private sector
funds and to contribute to this policy and promotion of the tourism
industry of the country.
The chosen
lands are on the slopes of the mountains located on the south of Golestan Lake,
near the city of Torghabeh, 10 kilometers
west of Mashhad, with a total area of 38
hectares. Due to its being adjacent to the historical Golestan Dam and its
lake, as given the location of the lands on the slopes of the mountains,
the site has nice and beautiful landscapes. Fruit orchards of Golestan Village on the lower lands of the
surrounding hills and mountains create a nice background for the landscape
of Torghabeh Grand Hotel.
Abadgaran
Iran Tourism and Welfare Complex means to create green areas, access roads,
and erect suitable welfare spaces including facilities such as swimming
pool, sauna, boating dock, water skiing, and other facilities such as
markets of regional products and handicrafts, cultural centers, mosques,
restaurants, residential villas and units (motels), outdoors amphitheatre,
in order to erect the beautiful complex of Baghshahr, with allowed roofed
and constructed areas, in order to promote the tourism industry. The
company will also erect some other places for the citizens of the holy city
of Mashhad.
Of course, it should be mentioned that this plan does not focus merely on
tourism aspects, and the designers have anticipated spaces for filling the
free times of the guests, by encouraging recreations and
cultural-scientific and sport activities.
Applications:
Applications
of the above complex are divided into two groups:
1. Applications
for the pilgrims, including villas and apartments with various areas and
designs which will be let on a timed-ownership basis. Also, as the holy
city of Mashhad
hosts the pilgrims of the holy Shrine of Imam Reza (peace be upon him) in
all seasons of the year, the timed-ownership plan will be effective and
will meet the goals of the investors.
2. Applications
for non-pilgrims, i.e. for the citizens of Mashhad
city who may use its facilities and sections such as restaurants, boating
docks, swimming pool, water skiing, as well as cultural and artistic
centers.
